Sponsored by The City of Richardson, Cottonwood Art Festival is a showcase for a large variety of fine art and fine craft and provides our patrons with the opportunity to meet and talk with the artist who created the work. Live entertainment, a Friday night party for the artists and guests, a children’s art area and much more round out this perfect weekend in the park for both artist and patrons of the arts.
